William Cooper

NAI Southern Real Estate is the oldest and most experienced full service real estate firm in North Carolina (1899). NAI Global handles over 20 Billion in transactions annually. Mr. Cooper is responsible for acquisition, disposition and leasing of commercial real estate, specializing in retail and restaurant properties as a Landlord and Tenant representative. His is a NAI Corporate Expansion Specialist focusing on growing companies nationally through the NAI network. Mr. Cooper has a bachelor of science degree from the college of Charleston. He holds real estate licenses in North & South Carolina and Georgia. Mr. Cooper is a graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) and is a member of the Charlotte Regional Commercial Board of Realtors. He is a native Charlottean who has been working in the Charlotte metro real estate market since 1993.
