William Caparis

William Caparis is a Executive Vice President in CBRE's Industrial & Logistics practice in El Paso, Texas. During his 15-plus-year career in the commercial real estate business, William has focused on industrial real estate, specializing in landlord representation. In this role he has represented various institutional landlords and developers in the El Paso market, and has been responsible for the leasing and marketing of several million square feet of warehouse, distribution and manufacturing space. In addition, William works with investor clients in the acquisition and/or disposition of commercial real estate investments, including but not limited to industrial assets, land for development, and select multifamily opportunities.
