William Brooks

Before joining the company, William worked as an analyst and broker for a variety of real estate firms in Atlanta and New York. Included in these is Wilson, Hull & Neal, an entrepreneurial industrial and office brokerage firm in Atlanta, and RCG Ventures, a retail-focused value-add investment firm, also based in Atlanta. While an Investment Sales broker in the New York office of the Shopping Center Group, William closed multiple deals with institutional clients, overseeing each from listing to closing and assisting with debt and equity capitalizations. William holds a degree in real estate from UGA’s Terry College of Business and is a licensed real estate salesperson in New York. His interests include skiing, golf, travel, and his vinyl record collection. William is based in New York City.
