William V. Boecker is president and CEO of Fine Line Diversified Development, the development company of Sundance Square, a nationally recognized master-planned, multi-block downtown Fort Worth mixed-use project. He is also the managing partner of numerous real estate developments consisting of retail, office, multi-family and industrial uses. Prior to joining the development company, Mr. Boecker worked for some of the nation’s largest shopping mall developers including the Rouse Company and Melvin Simon & Associates. Additionally, Mr. Boecker was formerly vice president of operations for Schroder Real Estate, an arm of J. Henry Schroder Bank and Trust, a 200 year old European financial institution that has acquired and managed numerous malls and office buildings throughout the United States. His experience in downtown topics (Market Driven Revitalization of the Urban Core, Creating Downtown Housing and Repositioning Your Center in the Market) are often presented to organizations such as the Urban Land Institute, the International Council of Shopping Centers, the International Downtown Association, and the MIT Center for Real Estate. He has received awards from the International Council of Shopping Centers and various real estate councils for marketing and development accomplishments. He holds a Certified Shopping Center Manager designation. He currently serves on the Executive Boards of Downtown Fort Worth, Inc. and the National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame, plus holds positions on the boards of the Fort Worth Tax Increment Financing District, Fort Worth Downtown Design Review and Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce and has advisory board positions on the Trinity River Vision and Fort Worth Convention Hotel Development. Mr. Boecker is a graduate of Texas Technological University.
