William Blucher
Multifamily Capital Markets Managing Director
William Blucher joined Newmark in 2019 and currently serves as a Managing Director in the company’s Sacramento office. Blucher represents private capital and institutional investors in the disposition and acquisition of multifamily properties throughout Northern California, with a focus on the Greater Sacramento area. Blucher also specializes in the sale of land and residential development opportunities. Blucher began his career in multifamily investment sales in 2006 at what is now NAI Northern California, representing private capital investors throughout the San Francisco East Bay. In 2010, Blucher joined the Sacramento Investment Properties Multifamily team at CBRE. Blucher has been involved in the sale of more than 10,000 units, totaling in excess of $1 billion in consideration. Born and raised in Sacramento, Blucher provides his clients with unmatched market intelligence and an unrelenting commitment to client success. Blucher resides in Land Park with his wife and three young children.
