Within the net leased sector, William has created a niche when it comes to NNN restaurant, auto parts store and drug store/pharmacy properties. Leveraging his expertise in the retail and net leased marketplace, as well as his relationships with private investors, developers, tenants and institutions, William has developed a reputation for being able to execute and deliver for his clients based on their investment criteria and goals. In addition, William sets the standard for comprehensive knowledge, creative strategies and a value-add approach when it comes to wealth creation and preservation. Prior to joining CIRE Partners, William was a member of one of the highest grossing brokerage teams at Marcus & Millichap, and played an integral role in successfully closing over 200 transactions valued in excess of $500 million. William graduated from San Diego State University where he earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate Finance. At San Diego State University, William was consistently in the top of his class and an active member of the Corky McMillin Center for Real Estate. In his free time, William enjoys playing golf, spending time with his family and friends, traveling and going to new restaurants.
