Will O'Daly

Will specializes in office leasing, tenant and landlord representation in San Francisco and the greater Bay Area, focusing on tech, professional services and non-profits. Prior to joining Avison Young, Will worked as an associate at Kidder Mathews in San Francisco and Lee & Associates in Phoenix, Arizona. Over his career, Will has assisted in the negotiation and execution of over 250 office lease transactions and helped in securing over 1.5 million square feet of class “A” office listings in the Phoenix Market. Will is an active volunteer for the Coastside Boy & Girls Club where he helps train kids in the after-school boxing program. A fun fact is that he spent a summer in 2014 working at the Four Seasons Resort in Lana’i, Hawaii during Larry Ellison’s initial redevelopment and renovation of the property and the island.
