Will Moore
William Moore, a native Charlestonian, received his B.A. in Business with a concentration in Real Estate from the College of Charleston. Much of his education included classes at the Carter Center For Real Estate School of Business. While a student, Will played four years of Division I Men's Soccer serving as captain and helped lead the College of Charleston to its first "at large" NCAA Tournament bid. Since joining Carolina Commercial, LLC in late 2014, Will has completed transactions totaling more than $30 million. These transactions include real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing across many product types including industrial, land, office, retail, and investment properties. Will brings intelligence, energy, and character to his commercial real estate clients and customers. The offices of Carolina Commercial provide him with immediate access and support from brokers with over 150 years of experience in real estate brokerage and consulting. Will has extended his postgraduate real estate education and completed the CCIM courses with the goal of earning the designation in 2018.
