With over 23 years of experience in Real Estate in both a Leasing and Asset Management capacity, Will has worked in the GTA representing both Landlord’s interests as well as Tenant representation. Since joining Northam in 2016 as Director of Leasing, Will is now the Vice President of Leasing and is responsible for all of Northam's portfolio including office, retail and industrial with the Leasing Team reporting to him. Successfully completed over 1,000,000 square feet of Leasing within Northam’s assets. Previously worked with Concert Properties Ltd, SNC-Lavalin, GWL Realty Advisors and J.J. Barnicke Limited.
