Will is responsible for acquisitions, dispositions and formulating occupancy strategies for clients considering an office relocation or lease renegotiation. With twenty-six years’ experience in the commercial real estate industry, Will understands the importance of emphasizing present and future business objectives during the early stages of negotiating one’s lease. Will’s “open communication” approach helps his clients to fully understand the business terms of the lease and the overall impact the lease document will have on operations and employees’ well-being. His passion for detail and service excellence has been the key to his success in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining Lee & Associates Toronto, Will worked closely with his downtown Toronto team specializing in the Law firm sector, representing firms on both local and national levels. He has assisted major corporations and institutions both locally and nationally in developing and implementing innovative real estate strategies at Cushman & Wakefield and Jones Lang LaSalle. In addition, he has worked with major landlords in the Greater Toronto Area to help market and successfully lease their vacant office space. Will has played leading roles in lease negotiation, major corporate relocations, and acted as the single point of contact for national accounts. On the behalf of his clients, Will has successfully negotiated over 2.5 million square feet of office leases.
