Will Dillard

Will Dillard has a passion and excitement for real estate. Naturally analytical, he loves digging through properties to find the best solutions for his clients. Will has been leasing and selling industrial property and land in the DFW market for over 6 years. He is a third-generation industrial commercial real estate broker, preceded by his father, Bill Dillard, Jr., and grandfather, Bill Dillard, Sr. Originally from Boerne, Texas, Will graduated from Texas A&M University in December 2005 with a BS in Industrial Distribution. He then worked for Powell Electrical Systems in Houston as a Regional Sales Manager. Following a move to Dallas, Will began his Real Estate career with Bradford Commercial. After nearly five years, Will struck out on his own and founded Wells CRE. His innovative approach to finding solutions, knowledge of construction, and critical rationale of each transaction make him the broker you want on your side now and in the future. Will is an avid outdoorsman. He loves hunting, fishing, and simply being outside. He is married to Colleen Dillard and has three young children that keep him very busy at home.
