While his engineering background gives him a firm foundation in problem solving, his creativity and listening skills gives him an unparalleled ability at delivering his client's needs, allowing him to continuously deliver above and beyond their goals and expectations. After engineering, William started off at his family's real estate brokerage company working on single family, condos, and duplexes. After picking up an interest on the investment side of the industry, he joined two commercial real estate brokerages building an expertise in investment sales, leasing, and development. His experience consists of working with retail, office and land owners in San Diego. He has built his service on the foundation of integrity and professionalism.
