Will Bryson

Will relocated to California from Massachusetts in May of 2018 to join Atlantic’s growing Los Angeles office. During college, Will started as an intern in the Atlantic Retail Boston office in 2012 and graduated to broker from 2013 to 2016. He has worked on the New England expansion of national retail tenants such as Mattress Firm, Leslie’s Pool Supplies, and Dollar General. He has also worked with multiple REITs such as Kimco, Brixmor, Dividend Capital and The Lightstone Group as well as working with regional and local ownership groups. Will grew up in Charlestown, MA and graduated from The Governor’s Academy before attending The Sawyer Business School at Suffolk University where he received a degree in Finance. New to Los Angeles; Will has been spending his time exploring and immersing himself in the ‘South Bay’ area (which may include the occasional surf lesson). Beyond getting to know his new surroundings, Will enjoys golfing and keeping his Boston roots alive by finding time to jump on the ice to play hockey.
