Wil Irons

Wil joined the commercial real estate industry in 2015 after graduating from the University of Toronto. Wil has spent the majority of his career in office leasing, starting out at Cushman & Wakefield in their downtown office, followed by over half a decade with Brookfield overseeing the leasing for their 9 million square foot portfolio of office towers in Toronto’s financial district. Most recently Wil transitioned within Brookfield from Director, Office Leasing to an Asset Manager, Eastern Region overseeing the strategic asset management for a 4 1/2 million square foot portfolio of office and retail properties valued at $2.3B. Since leaving Brookfield in 2021, Wil joined Royal LePage Commercial to focus on building a multi-market investment and leasing brokerage business.
