Whitten Morris

Whitten Morris is a Managing Director in JLL’s New York office. Mr. Morris specializes in representing tenants and landlords throughout the Tri-State Region with a particular focus on the Brooklyn market. He has become valued counsel to several prominent landlords who value his deep knowledge of the marketplace and his ability to help landlords define clear objectives, create effective and creative marketing strategies, and negotiate complex transactions. Within the Brooklyn market, Mr. Morris is recognized industry-wide as an expert in representing both landlords and tenants navigate the unique characteristics of the borough relative to the Manhattan market. Mr. Morris works in collaboration with his clients to leverage market conditions in order to achieve and exceed business targets. Prior to joining JLL in 2019, Mr. Morris opened and led the Brooklyn office for Newmark Knight Frank. Before joining Newmark, Mr. Morris worked at Cushman & Wakefield.
