Whit Garrett

Associate Broker Whit Garrett brings more than 40 years of expertise in commercial and industrial sales and leasing to MPN Realty. After graduating Roanoke College, Whit found that in addition to his lifelong love of architecture, he had a knack for sales. Paired together drew him into real estate as a logical profession. Prior to joining MPN in 2022, Whit worked for Miller and Company Real Estate, Coldwell Banker Realty, and Triad Realty. He prides himself on his efficiency and problem-solving skills and passion for putting deals together. A current resident of Philadelphia, Whit has deep ties to the area. His family settling here in the 1850s. His great, great grandfather built the building in Frankford known as The Loom on Amber Street for the family carpet business. Whit spends his free time playing classical guitar and sailing and studying historic architecture.
