As a 3rd generation real estate professional, Joshua was born into the real estate business. Before he could walk, he was “sitting” on open houses with his grandmother. In 1996, at the young age of 19, he obtained his real estate license and began helping property owners buy, sell, lease and manage their properties. He enjoys finding solutions to the daily challenges that arise with managing properties, and to making the lives of his clients easier. He is also an avid tennis player, occasionally competing in tennis tournaments as a 5.5 NTRP rated player.
