Wes Deming, co-founder of ALL Commercial Capital, graduated from the University of Delaware with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. Wes had all intentions to go to law school after college but instead found himself intrigued by the prosperous opportunities the business world had to offer. Quickly climbing the corporate ladder in the residential lending industry, Wes served as high as President of New Jersey-based correspondent mortgage bank. Overseeing a staff of over 150 people from sales, to underwriting, to secondary trading, Wes was able to take the company quickly from $250,000 in monthly EBITDA to over $1,000,000 EBITDA per month in 2 short quarters, helping the company to achieve origination volume of over $400,000,000 per year. After receiving a commercial real estate lead from a RE broker, with whom Mr. Deming conducted a significant amount of residential business, Wes decided to form ALL Commercial with current partner, John Gordy, with only the intention of adding a few simple products to the bank’s current offering, while still working in the residential mortgage industry. His first referral was successfully placed into a mortgage that was much more advantageous to his client than offerings from any other commercial loan advisor/institutional lender. From that point, Mr. Deming knew the greatest impact he could make would be in commercial lending and business financial advisement. His experience has been invaluable to his other 2 business partners, training both of them on the mortgage industry sales and processes, which has resulted in what once was a supplemental product offering, to spurring growth in a new company, which now services dozens of customers, achieving $100’s of millions in financing. Wes now focuses on Commercial Lending and Business Strategy exclusively, and his dedication and desire continues to be expressed vividly to his client and banking relationships, which is the reason ALL Commercial Capital’s client retention is above 98%.
