Wesley Crunkleton

Wesley Crunkleton is a Certified Property Manager (CPM), broker, and developer with over 21 years of experience in commercial real estate. After completing his finance degree at Berry College in Georgia, he landed a position at a Birmingham, Alabama-based firm where he served as Senior Property Manager overseeing commercial real estate from Birmingham to Raleigh, North Carolina. In 2005, he moved to Huntsville and became the founding member of Crunkleton Commercial Real Estate. Wesley has been involved with many high-profile projects throughout his history in the Huntsville/Madison area, including the redevelopment of a 40-year-old parking garage into a retail destination known as The Garage at Clinton Row, 104 Jefferson Street, the burgeoning Stovehouse development, Times Plaza on Memorial Parkway, the 106 Jefferson: Curio by Hilton Hotel, 123 & 125 North Side Square and Lincoln Mill. Wesley also serves on the board for Downtown Huntsville, Inc., is a board member for the YMCA, and a board member for Madison County 310. In his off time, Wesley can most often be found spending time with his wife Meggan and their three sons, working out at Iron Tribe, or enjoying a game of golf.
