Wes Mugarian

Specializing in office and industrial properties, Wes provides customized and creative solutions that align with his client’s business, financial and operational objectives. Wes joined ProStar in 2024 from Street Realty, where he lead their brokerage team in 3rd party transactions. Prior to that he started his real estate career with the Newmark Group. From 2010-2014, he was a professional baseball player with the Cincinnati Reds organization. Wes earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Entrepreneurial Management from the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University.
