Wes Babb
Before joining Colliers, Wes served as Senior Vice President at SRS Real Estate Partners. Over his career, Wes has completed over 4 million square feet of property transactions valued at more than $600 million and played a pivotal role in acquiring approximately 50 pad sites for ground-up development in the Austin and San Antonio markets, working with clients such as banks and fast-casual restaurants. Additionally, he contributed to the development of over 1.3 million square feet of retail property across Central Texas, including notable projects like Shops at the Galleria, Frontier Crossing, Red Oak Village, and Northcross Mall. Wes has held leadership positions at Weitzman and Lincoln Property Company, where he managed the retail division for the Austin and San Antonio regions. His work established him as a key player in the retail real estate sector, building strong relationships and creating innovative solutions across diverse markets.
