Wendy Davis

Wendy Davis is an investment advisor based out of Marcus & Millichap's Knoxville office. A small business owner herself for the past 12 years, she focuses on the entire business cycle with her clients, from building a business to seeing hard work pay off when it comes time to sell. Since joining the firm in 2019 after a stint in residential real estate, Wendy has transacted in the industrial, self-storage and multifamily spaces, presenting knowledge to her clients that spans across property types. In 2021, she was ranked as a top 15 investment advisor across the six-state Mid-South region. A Sevierville native, Wendy is a Union College graduate with a degree in business administration. Outside of working with clients, she enjoys traveling, spending warm days at the lake and cold days watching Kentucky basketball. She resides in the Great Smoky Mountains with her husband, daughter and two dogs.
