Wendy's career in commercial real estate sales and leasing in the Central Valley began in 1991. As a result of her multi-faceted background, Wendy typically maintains a relationship throughout her client's ownership of an investment insuring favorable returns or rotation on their investment. Wendy has been involved in transactions involving land, multi-family projects, marinas, mini storage, shopping centers and, office and/or medical developments. Wendy's focus at Lee & Associates will be commercial investment sales in both San Joaquin and Stanislaus Counties with particular focus on the leasing and sale of office properties. Wendy heads the Central Valley Office Team and is an active member of the Lee Distressed Property Services Group, offering troubled asset advisory services with a focus on office properties.
