Wayne Kasbar

Wayne has twenty plus years in retail real estate leasing / sales within the NY/NJ/PA/CT region. He spent fifteen years in Manhattan primarily as a Tenant Representative specialist, with four years as a Landlord rep for one of NYC's largest private holding companies. Wayne has been an active member of I.C.S.C. since 2003 and regularly attends the Las Vegas, New York City and Philadelphia conventions. Additionally, Wayne is a regular expert speaker for various trade organizations and retail industry research groups such as BWG Strategy and Coleman Research. Prior to joining Colliers, Wayne has worked major National real estate service companies which include, CBRE and Trammell Crow in addition to his experience working at boutique landlord and brokerage concerns. Over his career, Wayne has participated in the marketing and leasing of nearly 12 million square feet of urban and suburban commercial real estate properties. Additional experience includes integration of multiple real estate related disciplines in order to provide seamless and best of class solutions to a variety of real estate challenges.
