Wayne Bares, CCIM is the B+E Director of the Texas market and Broker of record for Texas. He is focused on NNN Single Tenant properties in Texas and Nationwide. Located in DFW, Wayne is able to serve his Texas and surrounding clients with great service and attention, while leveraging the B+E platform and technology for the most accurate pricing and fastest transaction periods of any brokerage in the market. Previously to joining the B+E team, Wayne served as a Vice President of Capital Markets in the Dallas, Texas office for Colliers International as well as Marcus & Millichap. In Wayne’s spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, music engineering, playing guitar, swimming, motorcycles, and the outdoors.
