Wally Egelanian

As Project Consultant since 2000, Wally brings to the organization 20 years of real estate experience. Specializing in fee-owned property sales, Wally has assisted clients to dispose of hundreds of properties nationally. Wally has managed numerous disposition projects including GE Corporate Finance, VEREIT, Albertsons, Kroger, Pep Boys, Sears, Tweeter, Friendly's, and Yum Brands. In addition to managing disposition accounts, Wally maintains a Tenant Representation practice in New York City and Long Island and also assists in Gordon Brothers' valuation projects. Wally has extensive knowledge of most major retail markets throughout the United States. Wally joined Gordon Brothers from Siteworks where he provided national outsourced consulting and master brokerage services to clients including Zany Brainy, Jos. A. Bank and Gold's Gym. Prior to joining Siteworks, Wally got his start in deal making as a Real Estate Manager for Starbucks Coffee in New York where he was responsible for new store development in Long Island and the New York City boroughs markets.
