Walker McCairns

Walker was born and raised in Houston, TX and attended St. Thomas High School. He then attended the University of Texas at Austin, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications with a minor in Business. During his time at UT, Walker was an active member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon where he held a leadership position and was an active member of the Texas Silver Spurs where he served as a Bevo XV Handler. Prior to joining NAI Robert Lynn, Walker interned at Transwestern. During his internship, he worked with the Industrial Team where he was responsible for tracking availabilities, tenants, owners, and any transactions that took place in the Greater Houston area. Walker is responsible for industrial transactions throughout Southeast Houston and the Port area. As a Market Director, Walker is responsible for analyzing market trends to identify prospective clients’ growing needs and devise strategic leasing and purchase opportunities. Walker is also responsible for staying current on upcoming availabilities and transactions, as well as all owner and tenant requirements. During his free time, Walker enjoys playing golf as well as hunting and fishing with his friends and family.
