With over 20 years of experience, Wade Tift has been fortunate to work on transactions valued in excess of $1.0 billion dollars, and sales and leasing of properties in excess of 8 million square feet. As an Executive Vice President, Wade is qualified to handle and coordinate all phases of a real estate transaction including site selection studies; tenant representation; lease restructuring; appraisal; facility counseling; financing; construction; and sales and leasing of corporate real estate. His extensive experience in industrial and office transactions, reinforced by his in-depth Orange County market knowledge, enables him to implement detailed strategies to execute solutions that meet and exceed his clients’ economic and operational objectives. Recognizing that all business challenges are unique, his team places top priority on understanding company culture, current operations, and future plans of each client. Wade lives in Newport Beach with his wife and son. He enjoys traveling, surfing, snowboarding, and golf with his family in his free time.
