Wade Ogburn

As an Associate Vice President on the Colliers Occupier Services Bay Area (OSBA) team, Wade works closely with Nick Polsky and our colleagues throughout the region to bring a coordinated, multi-disciplined approach to servicing the needs of our occupier clients. Wade is a local market expert in the East Bay market, supporting the OSBA effort to continue to provide best in class service to our clients while growing our market share. His role with the OSBA team offers the opportunity to work with a wide variety of occupiers, from multi-national companies to local start-ups. Growing up Wade played a lot of team sports — including winning multiple national championships while playing Varsity Rugby at Cal — so teamwork is extremely important to him. With those deep values in place, Wade aims each day to bring dedication, intelligence, and integrity to the work we do together on behalf of our clients. When not working, Wade can be found in the mountains hiking, snowboarding, fishing or just getting some fresh air. An avid Bay Area sports fan, Wade also enjoys going to all Cal athletic events along with Giants and 49ers games when he can.
