Wade Cox

As a Vice President with Industry Real Estate Partners, Wade Cox will be responsible for the continued growth of the firm's single-tenant and sale-leaseback advisory practice throughout the Southeast and Nationally while evaluating and executing on new opportunities for existing and new clients. An Atlanta native, Wade received his BBA with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate from The University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business. He started his CRE career at the start of 2021 as an associate at Sands Investment Group, where he successfully facilitated retail and industrial transactions valued in excess of $100 MM before joining Industry Real Estate Partners in May of 2023. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Georgia, a multiple time CoStar ``Power Broker'' award winner, active youth baseball coach at NYO in Buckhead and serves as Vice Chairman of the Knox Martin Foundation for Brian Cancer Research. In his free time, Wade enjoys skiing, fishing and traveling to Athens for UGA events.
