Wade Bowlin

As Avison Young's Principal and Manging Director of Office Leasing, Wade Bowlin is responsible for all aspects of the region’s operations, including providing critical support for leasing, property and construction management initiatives as well as new business development and client relations for Avison Young's portfolio of office, retail, medical and industrial properties; a portfolio that totals over 51 million square feet. He joined the company with the merger of Avison Young and Madison Marquette's Office and Industrial Property Management, Agency Leasing and Project Management Services in 2022. Wade has over 30 years of experience in real estate, with the last 25 years focused on the Houston Market. He has been responsible for the lease negotiation of significant market transactions over 100,000 square feet for firms including Shell Oil Company, Jacobs Engineering, EPCO, Conoco Phillips, BP Amoco, Litton Loan Servicing, Burlington Resources, CAL-Dive, Sasol, NRG and STM Mortgage. Throughout his career, he has averaged over 60 lease transactions per year. Mr. Bowlin has been named a “Power Broker” by the CoStar Group over the past several years and one of Houston’s “Heavy Hitter’s” by the Houston Business Journal since its inception. In 2015, Mr. Bowlin was named the top office landlord broker by the Houston Business Journal. Mr. Bowlin is a graduate of Texas Tech University and is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
