W.Scott Jones, SIOR

After graduating from the University of Georgia, Scott served as a technical sales representative for the B.F. Goodrich Corporation. In 1995 Scott joined Edens and Avant’s Greenville office as an Office Specialist helping clients with landlord representation, development of office assets, and acquisition of commercial assets for owner occupiers or investment purposes. In 1998, Scott joined NAI Earle Furman and continues to specialize in the transaction of office, retail, and investment assets. Other client services include site selection, build to suits, redevelopment (of existing properties), office development and investments sales of various commercial assets. In 2003 Scott became an active member of The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, SIOR. Membership in SIOR requires emphasis by its members in education, ethics as well as proof of a high level of production. Scott’s active participation in the market for 27 years and service to clients has built valuable experience.
