Volkmar Dirksen

Volkmar Dirksen, founder and owner of DWV Investments, Inc., has been specializing in South Florida's commercial real estate market for the past twenty eight years and has been a broker since 1985. German born, Volkmar Dirksen grew up in a real estate family where his father was a builder. Being exposed to the real estate business at an early age has given Volkmar Dirksen a deep understanding of every facet of the business. With a degree in Finance and Real Estate from Florida Atlantic University and a multitude of experience, Volkmar Dirksen brings with him a solid background and a vast spectrum of knowledge in the commercial real estate industry. Since 2005, Volkmar Dirksen has become increasingly involved with residential and commercial REO's and Short Sale's. He has worked with several banks and asset management companies to facilitate the disposition of their assets. Volkmar Dirksen has also been a court and bank appointed bonded receiver. Volkmar Dirksen has extensive experience in property acquisition, development and sale of properties. He has a strong working relationship with local architects and many connections in South Florida. He takes an active role in state and local politics. He is skilled in structuring difficult commercial real estate transactions creatively and flexibly and has excellent negotiating skills. Volkmar has broker membership in the Greater Ft. Lauderdale Board of Realtors, speaks fluent German and has many international clients. Furthermore, he is a commercial real estate broker in North Carolina and the co-owner of the Langtree Real Estate Group in Statesville, NC.
