Vito Simone

Vito has a proven track record of servicing private and public Landlords and Tenants for over 20 years. He has demonstrated dedication to excellence, integrity, and collaboration in assisting his clients realize their real estate objectives. With a deep pool of buyers and investors, Vito has successfully negotiated several hundred new leases and is well respected in the landlord and tenant community. With a unique background in property management as well as commercial brokerage for large and mid-sized real estate firms, Vito has been successful in applying operational know how and marketing strategies to meet and exceed his client’s real estate requirements. In his role at Lennard, Vito will be working on leasing, acquisition, and disposition assignments across Southern Ontario marketplace. Vito studied Real Estate and Development at Ryerson University and Property Management at Humber College and is an RCM & IHM-certified and a fellow of the Building Managers and Owners Association (BOMA) RPA Certified. Many national and regional tenants, including Fiat Chrysler, Good Life Fitness, Hear Canada, Anytime Fitness, and Enterprise Rent a Car along with many other well-known brands, benefited from his efforts.
