Vinny Chiara

Vinny Chiara joined Morris Strategic Investments, LLC in 2015 and serves as Vice President of Operations. In his role, Vinny leads the day-to-day operations of the business, taking dead aim at the challenges, failures, and successes of commercial real estate, both development and management. From sourcing, due diligence, design, development, leasing, management, and disposition, Vinny has vast experience in the entire deal cycle and works to create growth in real estate value. He is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Texas and has been a catalyst in assisting friends, family, and colleagues plan and secure their commercial leases, acquisitions, and dispositions. Vinny’s background is in numbers, holding a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University where he graduated with Cum Laude honors in 2010. Prior to joining MSI, he worked in the commodities industry for five years as a procurement advisor of electricity and natural gas.
