Vincent San Nicolas

Vincent started his career in 1997 at Alameda Realty, selling both residential and commercial real estate. In 2017, he opened Green Bridge properties in the Jingletown neighborhood of Oakland and continues to service his clients with both their residential and income producing properties. Vincent likes being independent, he feels it gives him flexibility in negotiating his fees, how he markets properties and the types of properties he represents.
