Victor Steffen
Victor started his real estate career as a sales agent in New York City where he found early success servicing Westchester County under the Houlihan Lawrence brokerage. He represented buyers, sellers, renters, and property owners and soon found his niche as a "seller's agent". In addition to representing buyers and sellers, Victor is also an active real estate investor. He has bought and sold over sixty apartment units and single-family homes in 4 different states (Texas, New York, Connecticut, Ohio) and is actively growing his real estate holdings. Today, Victor lives in Austin, TX and is particularly focused on servicing his South Austin client base. When he is not in the office, Victor is an active follower of Christ, he loves running around Lady Bird Lake, kayaking the Frio and Guadalupe, reading Ron Chernow, visiting family in 'Fort Worth, golfing, or sipping on a local brew.
