Victor-Manuel Saldana is from Napa Valley has a decade in the service industry from fine dining restaurants, well known wineries, and notably running events for the 4-star resort Calistoga Ranch. He graduated from Saint Helena High in 2010, where he was on the football team, wrestling team as well as the Jazz Choir. After spending some time back and forth in school at Santa Rosa Junior college he graduated in 2016. That’s when he accepted his promotion from the resort and became the Banquet Captain. After a year there he made the decision to go back and get his bachelors. He went to Sacramento State and got his communications degree, joining both Kappa Sigma Fraternity and the Debate Team. While there he met Rochelle Gibson-Pool, now the Director of Marketing for Capital Rivers Commercial. Having worked in the service industry he knows how to be attentive to guests. He knows how to maintain connections and listen to what they need for them to be completely satisfied with the service they’ve received. Commercial real estate might be new to him much like anything in life he understands it takes consistency and discipline to be successful.
