Victor joined Anchor Cleveland in 2018 and represents landlords such as America’s Realty and Altman Companies. Victor also represents various retailers throughout Ohio including Little Caesars, Cricket Wireless, AtMos, Biggby Coffee, Lily Ann Cabinets, F45, and Swenson’s. Before joining Anchor Cleveland, Victor gained over seven years of tax and accounting experience. He worked for four regional public accounting firms specializing in tax and audit for corporations, non-profit organizations, and high net-worth individuals. He gained in-depth knowledge of the financial aspects of commercial real estate, restaurants, construction, manufacturing, and trust/estate planning. His effective negotiation skills, open communications, and diligent efforts help his clients achieve positive results.
