Victor Cascio

Victor Cascio joined Newmark Zimmer in 2012 and currently serves as a Managing Director in the company’s Kansas City, Missouri, office. He began his professional real estate career in 1973 when he joined Victor Ross & Co., Realtors, a family-owned firm in Kansas City, Missouri. Mr. Cascio later went on to run the 60-year-old company, which was started by his father, and merged with Newmark Zimmer in November 2012. After three years in the residential real estate market, Mr. Cascio moved to strictly commercial real estate in 1976. In 1977, the Real Estate Board of Kansas City, Missouri, honored him as the Real Estate Associate of the Year. That same year, he was selected as a director of the Missouri Association of Realtors—at the time, the youngest state director selected by the Kansas City Board. As state director, he served as vice chairman of the political affairs committee. Mr. Cascio has remained an active participant of the real estate community for more than 45 years.
