Vickie Garrett

Vickie has over 18 years of experience in commercial & residential real estate. She has been a local to Bay County since 2009. She was drawn here by the beautiful Emerald Coast and is proud to be a part of such an amazing community. Originally from Montgomery, Alabama, she earned her Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Administration from Troy University. Go Trojans! She brings over 18 years of commercial and residential real estate experience that include property management, leasing, sales, and tenant representation. She started as a Residential Property Manager in Montgomery, Alabama in 2001. After graduating college, she went on to work as a Tenant Rep for an Alabama-based insurance company with more than 300 locations throughout Alabama, Georgia, and Mississippi. Prior to coming to Nations Real Estate in 2011, she worked for a shopping center developer based out of Lakeland, Florida, where she served as the Leasing Coordinator for the Commercial Leasing division. She began with Nations Real Estate in 2011 as the Broker’s Assistant and has gained invaluable experience working for the top performing commercial real estate company in Bay County.
