Vicki Patterson specializes in commercial brokerage in the greater Tulsa metro area, with a primary focus on retail, restaurant, office, land development and investment sales. She is responsible for the leasing of more than 500,000 square feet of retail and office space at the Shops of Broken Arrow, Garret Creek Shopping Center and Meridian Tower office building. Vicki provides her clients with local expertise combined with a high-level of financial and market analysis essential in negotiating the best deal for the landlords, buyers and tenants she represents. Vicki earned her CCIM, Certified Commercial Investment Member, designation in 2019 and serves on the Board for the Oklahoma CCIM Chapter. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, The CORE Network and various other industry organizations. She is an Oklahoma State University Tulsa graduate in business and worked in sales and property management prior to becoming a commercial real estate broker. Vicki is a lifelong member of the Tulsa community where she is raising her three children.
