Vicki Karr

Vicki Karr is a Property Manager for Wellington Management, Inc. (WMI). Among other assignments, Vicki is responsible for managing WMI's 150,000 sf. Hi Lake Shopping Center and Greenway Office Building in Minneapolis as well as the company's 55,000 sf. Court West office building in St. Paul. Before joining WMI in 2008, she was the client service coordinator for Frauenshuh Companies where she implemented a new customer service program and led a team of 15 building engineers. Vicki is a member of St. Paul's Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) as well at the Institute of Real Estate Managers (IREM).
