Veronica Kamara

Veronica Kamara joined KLNB in 2012 shortly after graduating from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA. As a retail real estate specialist, she focuses on both landlord and tenant representation in the Washington, DC Metro area. Veronica specializes in retail roll out strategies, lease negotiations, and best in class tenant merchandising. Prior to joining KLNB, Veronica was previously a research associate at CoStar Inc in Washington DC. Her primary duties involved managing a portfolio and database of 700+ properties, market research and analysis. At Costar she gained a strong passion and foundation in commercial real estate. Landlords Veronica represents or has represented include: Kimco Realty, Combined Properties, Washington REIT, First Washington, Regency Centers, Atapco Properties, Akridge, Shopcore, Cypress Equities, Foulger-Pratt, Sun Life Financial, Beatty Management Companies as well as many local Landlords. Veronica received her Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania in 2012. She was also a member of the Varsity Women’s Track and Field team from 2008-2012.
