Verne Whittaker III, CCIM serves as president and principal broker for Whittaker Investments, Inc. specializing in the sales and leasing of commercial property, development land, and apartments and over 28 years of experience Whittaker has also worked with following outstanding firms: C.W. Walker & Associates, Sperry Van Ness, Grubb & Ellis/Northland Real Estate where he ranked within the top 5 percent of more than 4,000 Grubb & Ellis professionals nationwide. Whittaker enjoys helping clients accomplish their investment goals and maximizing the value of their assets. His strong problem solving skills have proven invaluable in closing transactions. Whittaker is dedicated to excellence in representing both his clients and their property. Whittaker also started Foundation Partners, a non-profit organization that helps provide a stable funding source for Restoration Ministries. Over the past twelve years, Foundation Partners has raised over $1,000,000. Whittaker earned his CCIM designation. He is also a member of the Oregon Commercial Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Oregon, with a double major in finance and marketing.
