Vasilis Halakos

Vasilis is Director for Jones Lang LaSalle’s investment sales hotel team in the New York City office tasked with developing the national select-service hotel division of JLL. In excess of platform development and client relations, Vasilis has been entrusted with deal execution, ensuring certainty of transaction for his clients. After previously working in hotel operations and acquisitions, he completed a nearly 3-year stint of providing investment banking analysis and assisting the brokerage service division. In this role, he valued over $5.5 billion of hospitality assets while engaging in client support and transaction execution for hospitality acquisitions and dispositions. Since assisting with hotel transactions, he has executed on over 80 unique properties, valued at an estimated $1 billion, across the United States. Vasilis has experience completing both single asset and portfolio hotel transactions.
