Vanessa Morris joined the NAI Chase Commercial team as a retail specialist , bringing with her a vast experience in project management. From 2005 to 2009, Vanessa worked for Brigham-Williams Commercial Properties in Birmingham where she managed leasing and development portfolio of commercial properties From 2009 to March 2020 she was with Southeast Commercial in leasing and development as well as a Landlord representative for Retail Shopping Centers in Alabama and Georgia . She has an extensive client list, for Tenant representation specializing in restaurants and other retailers in Alabama. Vanessa is currently continuing her education through CCIM and member of ICSC and CREW . A retired tennis professional, she is married and resides in Birmingham with her family.
