Vanesa Rodriguez

Vanesa’s responsibilities include all aspects of tenant and landlord representation, market analysis, commercial retail leasing, and sales transactions throughout Central Florida. Prior to joining Katz, Vanesa worked at Cursor Realty Commercial as Director of Real Estate, focusing predominately on landlord work, where she handled leasing and lease renewals for over 1M SF of retail space. Vanesa represented tenants and landlords in commercial properties including new development, mix-use projects, single-tenant buildings, and strip centers. Vanesa began her Real Estate career in 2009 with Coldwell Banker, earning 2009 Rookie of the Year nationwide, and has continuously achieved such awards as the International Diamond & Sterling Society which represents the top 1.9% of agents nationwide. She has successfully negotiated and closed over $20 million in transactions. Vanesa has served on the board of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Vanesa holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida. Vanesa is currently involved with Coalition of Homeless Veterans of Orlando.
