Valencia Alasmar

Valencia joined the City of Conroe in October 2020. With over 15 years of experience as an executive assistant supporting senior level executives, she has a track record of strong performance in high-volume, high-pressure environments. Valencia brings exemplary planning and organizational skills to the team and skillfully manages administrative duties and client relations for her colleagues at the Conroe Economic Development Council. Valencia is a member of the Council for Community and Economic Research. She is active in the community and volunteers her time being a peer leader. She also spends a great deal of time studying the Arabic language and is always ready to travel. Born and raised in Houston, she lives in Conroe with her husband and enjoys being a loving mother to two thriving sons.
