Val Young, CPM, MBA

Val Young specializes in coordinating and overseeing commercial real estate transactions in order to maximize efficiency and clients return on investment. Val focuses on leasing and sales of industrial and office properties, real estate advisory services, and investment analysis. Val graduated from West Virginia University’s School of Business and Economics with Bachelors in Finance in Business Administration and a Minor in Communications Studies from West Virginia University’s School of Arts and Sciences. Val also holds a Certified Property Manager (CPM) Designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. In 2018, Val completed his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) program from University of Charleston. Val is also a member of the National Association of Realtors.
